Dr. Neela Ganguly is a Senior Fellow for Politics & Society at The Peninsula Foundation. She is the CEO-Administration of CETMAPS (Centre for Management Training and Professional Studies) in Chennai. At CETMAPS, Dr. Ganguly handles Professional Studies and Training apart from Management of the organization. Her stint as Regional Director, IMindgo Professional Academy, Chennai, encouraged her to embark upon establishment of Centre for Management training and Professional Studies.
From a very humble beginning during her growing stage to building an institution, Dr. Neela Ganguly has come a long way. She holds a Doctorate in Politics and Public Administration from the Department of Politics and Public Administration, University of Madras, Chennai. She was invited to Guest Lecture in the same department for various subjects and disciplines for PG and M Phil students. Her teaching career spanned over a decade. She has a strong acumen for Humanities and Social Sciences disciplines. She completed her Bachelors in Commerce from the University of Madras, further she went on to do her master’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science from University of Madras and Post Graduate Diploma Management Studies from IGNOU
She has command over English, Tamil, Bengali, Hindi and French. An avid reader and content writer, Dr. Neela has published a book on ‘Slums of India’.
