Veteran Air Vice Marshal Kapil Kak AVSM VSM is a Distinguished Fellow and member of the Governing Council of TPF. He is an independent strategic analyst and also a member of the Board of National Security Studies, Jammu Central University. His areas of interest include defence and aerospace, India- Pakistan relations, geopolitics and national security.
