Veteran Lt Gen Kamal Davar PVSM AVSM is a Distinguished Fellow and member of the Governing Council of TPF. He is also the President of Delhi Forum for Strategic Studies. He has served as DGDIA and Deputy Chief of Integrated Defence Staff (Intelligence).
