Professor Vidya Nadkarni is a Professor of Political Science and International Relations, University of San Diego. She is a non-resident Distinguished Fellow and member of the Governing Council of TPF. Her research interests are in the areas of international relations and foreign policy, specifically on the foreign policies of resurgent (Russia) and aspiring (China, India) global powers.
