Jeyakar Vedamanickam is a management consultant, author, and trainer. He is former GM of Aerospace Division in Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd , Bangalore.As a Management Scholar he earned his Ph.D. in management from IIT-Bombay researching the subject ‘Workplace Innovativeness’.As a professor he is proficient in two areas namely Organisation Behaviour and Production/Operations Management.
